What is embroidery?

Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric or othermaterials with logos, symbols or writing using stitched thread. 

What is digitising?

Digitising is the process of creating a specific file typeof your logo/picture that can be used for embroidery. 

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes. We do offer embroidery or printing services on suppliedgarments.

How can I request a quote?

What is the best way to place an order?

The best way is to email us with your enquiry and attach anyfiles required for embroidery or screen-printing. We will then provide a quoteand details for processing your order.

Alternatively, you can use our online shop to purchase any of the selected items complete with embroidery/printing.

Is there a minimum order?

We don’t have a minimum order quantity. We are happy to supply stock or embroidery services for any quantity required.

How long does it take to complete my order?

It depends on your order, quantity and services required. Ouraim for all our customers is a quick turn-around time. 

What file types do you accept for digitising logos for embroidery?

We accept any file type you have, however a good qualityfile is preferred.

What are your payment options?

We accept payment by direct deposit, cash, eftpos or creditcard (surcharges apply).

What are your delivery options?

We can deliver anywhere within Australia using AustraliaPost or a courier. Freight costs will apply.
